We started with the traditional gin recipe, but gave it a distinctive twist by adding ancestral botanicals from our land to offer a truly unique experience. We incorporate cempasúchil flower, an emblematic flower of our traditions, which adds a floral aroma and a subtle citrus note. Hoja santa brings freshness and a light anise-like flavor, perfectly balancing the other botanicals. Avocado leaf adds depth and complexity, with earthy notes that enrich the profile of our gin.

What makes our gin special is its moderately spicy touch, created with red chile from Yahualica. This chile, native to Jalisco, is known for its intense yet balanced flavor. It does not overwhelm the palate; instead, it gently stimulates it, leaving a pleasant spicy finish.
